Measles Vaccination
Measles can be a serious and life-threatening illness. As a public health measure, and in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, the Â鶹¹ÙÍø requires verification of measles (rubeola) immunity for all students born after December 31, 1956.
Documentation for Proof of Immunity to Measles (Rubeola)
- Two doses of measles vaccine received after one year of age, at least 4 weeks apart -OR-
- A blood test (titer) showing immunity from a previous vaccination to measles -OR-
- History of measles disease, healthcare provider signature required
