Negotiations Progress Update for Wednesday, March 30

ACHIEVING SHARED GOALS IN SERVICE OF OUR STUDENTS In negotiations with SCTA, the district is offering: On top of already providing the highest compensation in the region, the District is offering to pay: 100% of health care coverage for ALL SCTA-represented employees AND their families, AND a raise, AND one-time bonuses, AND additional paid professional development days. 100% PAY INCREASE ONE TIME BONUSES MORE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INCREASED PAY FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS PAID COVERAGE • Ongoing 3% salary increase starting in the 2021-22 school year. . On Wednesday, March 30, the Sacramento City Unified School District (Â鶹¹ÙÍø) negotiations team met with SCTA throughout the afternoon and continues to meet tonight. The district’s negotiations team is also meeting with SEIU this evening.
