The Board took action to approve four resolutions:

  • Recognition of October 9-13, 2023 as the Week of National School Lunch. The National School Lunch Program serves more than 30 million children every school day, providing healthy food that supports students’ ability to learn and thrive.

  • Adoption of carbon neutral goals and guidelines for 鶹 buildings that will guide the design, construction, and modernization of school buildings and facilities to achieve carbon neutrality in the district’s building portfolio by 2045, if not sooner.
