Notice of Public Hearing for Sol Aureus College Preparatory - The district received the renewal petition on September 11, 2024.
The Sacramento City Unified School District Governing Board will hold a public hearing in accordance with Education Code section 47605 (b) to consider the level of support for the petition to renew the charter of the Sol Aureus College Preparatory and the Material Revision of their Charter to include Transition Kindergarten by teachers employed by the school district, other employees of the school district, and parents. The district received the renewal petition on September 11, 2024. Per Â鶹¹ÙÍø Board Bylaw 9323, Individual speakers shall be allowed two minutes to address the Board on each agenda item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 15 minutes.
