Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia Â鶹¹ÙÍø, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Operations Management from the Â鶹¹ÙÍø of Texas at Austin. He teaches undergraduate courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His research interests include emerging technologies, sustainability, and retail operations.
